incured a late admin. fee of extra RM 5. For pre-registration, please

Dear Ariji,
If you are above 18 y.o., then you will be joining Category 1. If 18 y.o or less, Category 2 is for you.

“If you are above 18 years old and do not possess a FIDE/National/Penang Chess Rating, then you are automatically joining the Category 1 tournament(1400 & above in chess rating). If you are Under-18, then you join Category 2 (below 1400 rating). Else, your chess rating will decide on which category you will be joining.”

Im more than 18 yrs old and dont possess any chess rating. Guess im in Category 1.
