Closing date is Saturday, the 26th of July at 6pm. You can send in your entries together with the entry fees direct to us, between 3 to 6 pm on the 26th of July.
Last minute entries on the day of the tournament (27th of July), will only be accepted if the entry form is received with payment before 8.45am. Entries after that time will NOT be accepted.
Please note that Short Messages (SMS) will NOT be considered as entry into the tournament.
